-Helping Refugees find jobs and building a better Australia-

we’RE so glad you’re here

What do we do?

The Dragonfly Network is passionate about helping people with a Refugee background find employment to support their families and build a life in Australia.

We facilitate specialised recruitment sessions, designed to take the time to get to know you. We learn about your job needs and goals, your work experience, and your interests. We also aim to tailor employment solutions to your family commitments.

We then work with our database of employers to find the best position for you.

How can we help you?

If you are a Refugee with working rights, available for regular work, we’d love to meet you.

The Dragonfly Network has opportunities in various industries including warehouse, retail, production, hospitality, aged care and childcare - and we are constantly expanding our network.

Get in touch with us via the contact page to learn when and where the next recruitment session is being held.

We can also provide advice on your resume, give you interview tips and advice for next steps.

Meet Fode

We first met Fode at one of our Sydney recruitment sessions in August 2023. Fode brought with him positive, happy energy and a keenness to gain employment as soon as possible.

Fode was successfully placed and has worked for our client Supamart in their Tramsheds location since October 2023. He continues to impress the management team with his customer service, enthusiasm for learning and team work.

Since starting his position, he’s now able to rent a room in a share house closer to work where he has met lifelong friends and partakes in the community. We are grateful we met Fode and were given the opportunity to help him start his life here in Australia.

All the best Fode!
